Pre-Applied Waterproofing Sheet Membrane
Doubleflex Fully Bonded Sheet Membrane is a self-sealing system for an installation process without the need for chemical-based construction sealants. It achieves its full sealing function in combination with freshly poured wet concrete (F4-F6).
Doubleflex is used for damp-protection, waterproofing, and concrete protection for basements and other below-ground concrete structures against groundwater.
• Foundation Walls
• Below Grade
• All other Concrete Constructions
How Does it Work?
For the waterproofing of basement walls, tunnels, garages, where structures have to be protected against groundwater and seepage.
The 2-ply membrane consists of a needle-punch non-woven and FPO high-performance waterproofing membrane.
Additional butyl adhesive strip along one side (100 mm).
When installed to industry standards Jaeger USA's Below Grade Sealing System creates long-term benefits to extend the integrity of a structure.
Jaeger USA’s waterproofing membrane is specifically designed and engineered for use with ICF Technology (Insulated Concrete Forms). It is also an excellent choice for use on poured walls, CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) foundation walls, and related applications where waterproofing is critical.

Protection Against Water Migration
Jaeger USA Doubleflex Sealing System creates a waterproof barrier that helps to prevent expensive leaks and mold growth due to moisture penetration.
One-time waterproofing system.
No additional chemistry/adhesives
Same material for use on walls and floors.
Installation temperature 50°F - 104°F
Fresh concrete max 86°F
The bond begins when the non-woven comes into contact with fresh concrete.
